Do I need a telescope or experience to join the club?
No equipment or experience is needed! Many of our members have joined without any experience. All that is needed is an interest in astronomy. Our members enjoy helping new amateur astronomers, and are happy to let you take a look with their telescopes.
Do I have to join the club before I come to a meeting?
Not at all! Guests are welcome to attend one of our monthly meetings to see if it is for you. We often have several guests at each meeting.
If I want to become a member, how much does it cost?
If you decide to join, our dues are $20 for the whole year.
