Observatory Status for Wednesday, April 16, 2014.
The Observatory will be OPEN tonight after 7PM. Best views will start after 7:30PM due to the late sunset. It will be chilly, so please dress warmly.
We will have beautiful view of the King of Planets, Jupiter, and after 8:00 we will look at the red planet Mars.
Observatory Information: We open from dusk – 10PM every CLEAR Wednesday night year round, weather permitting. The observatory is free and open to the general public.

Conveniently located on Rt. 114 off of 495 in North Andover, you can’t miss the new building with the observatory on the roof! Park at the south end of the building and proceed to the fourth floor where the observatory is located. Public Observing is held every clear Wednesday night This event is free and open to all ages.
